Geoff Hurst, Managing Director heads our strategy and insights activity, is a leading market strategist with over 30 years of experience and for the last ten years, has been involved with the business of education and qualifications. Prior to founding the agency in 2012 he was the Director of Market Strategy for AQA and has also worked for CIM, Which? Boots, Times, Yell, and BT.

Anthea Davies, Project Director leads our programme delivery and her expertise lies in marketing communications, project management and research. She has over 25 years’ experience in senior roles in marketing and latterly heading up the UK offices of leading global communications agencies McCanns and Publicis.


portrait-medMatt Davies, Digital Director                                                          heads our digital/SEO team, using a blend of search engine optimisation, pay per click management, content marketing and conversion rate optimisation, Matt has worked with a wide range of B2C, B2B and public sector businesses to help them to be found and succeed in their online ventures. Matt helps the organisations we work with to understand and quantify their online objectives, and how best to work towards them.

Katherine Tickle, Business Programme Leader has lead change initiatives across a number of industries most recently in education, training, and professional development. She worked for AQA as programme leader for the previous round of GCSE qualification changes and was business manager for CPD and Teacher support

Bill Alexander, Senior Associate has over 30 years’ broad ranging experience in education developed in a wide variety of roles. He has worked both in the front line, working his way up the teaching ranks, to school head, as well as planning and leadership of teacher CPD and student performance in key educational institutions, including local authorities and awarding bodies

Rob Roseveare, Senior Associate has extensive international experience of teaching vocational education and training across all sectors. With City & Guilds, Rob had various business development and change management roles. Most recently, Rob led the business development and management of the 14‐19 Diplomas for AQA and City & Guilds

William Annandale, Associate Consultant has over 30 years’ experience in professional marketing and communications. Regarding education, William has led the team’s projects for two HE clients in the last six months and was also lead consultant for work with HEFCE and the Training & Development Agency for Schools.
